Before you put a card in
Do I need a card to start the trial?+
Yes. Stripe Checkout stores a card when you start the 14-day trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel in Settings → Billing.
What is limited during the trial?+
Trial companies can have 3 vehicles and 2 team members. Rentals themselves are not capped — you should be able to run your real desk.
Is this one price for the whole company?+
Yes. One subscription covers the company: fleet, rentals, contracts, invoices, and team seats. Your customers pay you; they do not need a FleetHelm account.
Do you take a cut of rental payments?+
No. SaaS billing is the FleetHelm subscription. If you connect your own Stripe account, rental and deposit charges go to you. Card fees are Stripe's, not ours.
Can I export or delete our data?+
Company owners can export company data and delete the company from Settings → Data. That is in addition to closing a personal user account.
Who is this for?+
Independent car rental desks that have outgrown WhatsApp and spreadsheets. It is not a marketplace and it does not list your cars to the public.
