Questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. Stripe takes a card when you start. You are not charged until the 14 days are over. Cancel under Settings, Billing.
What's capped on the trial?
3 vehicles and 2 people. You can make as many rentals as you need on those cars.
Is it per car or per company?
Per company. One subscription covers the account, the team, and the fleet.
Do you take a cut of rentals?
No. You pay FleetHelm. If a customer pays by card, that money goes to your Stripe account. Stripe's card fees are theirs.
Can I get our data out?
Owners can download a company export or delete the company under Settings, Data.
Who is this for?
Rental companies. Cars first, and the same booking file works for boats, villas, and helicopters. It does not list assets to the public and it is not a booking marketplace.
